In this installment of the Holland Family Saga, we follow the family as they come to terms with the tragic loss of their youngest son, Billy Jr., and as they try to move on with their lives. John is facing a lawsuit from a former client, and Emily is struggling with a difficult pregnancy. Mary is trying to start a new business, but she is facing resistance from the local community. And Billy Jr.'s death has left a hole in the family that they are all struggling to fill.

One evening, as the family is gathered around the dinner table, Mary Alice serves up a big pot of chili. John takes a bite and immediately spits it out. "This is cold!" he shouts.

"I'm sorry," Mary Alice says. "I forgot to turn on the stove."

John gets up from the table and storms out of the house. Emily follows him, but he pushes her away. He gets in his car and drives off, leaving Emily standing alone in the driveway.

Mary and Mary Alice look at each other, their eyes filled with tears. They know that John is still grieving for Billy Jr., and that this is just one more way that his grief is manifesting itself.

Mary goes over to the stove and turns it on. She puts the pot of chili back on the burner and turns the heat up to high. She stirs the chili, thinking about her brother. She remembers how much he loved chili, and how he would always ask for seconds.

Mary Alice comes over and puts her arm around Mary's shoulder. "It's going to be okay," she says. "We'll get through this together."

Mary nods, but she doesn't know if she believes it. She knows that the family is still grieving for Billy Jr., and that it will take a long time for them to heal. But she also knows that they have each other, and that together they will get through this.

The chili is bubbling on the stove, and Mary takes a deep breath. She knows that it's not going to be easy, but she's determined to make it through this for Billy Jr.

The family gathers around the table again, and Mary serves up the chili. John is still gone, but the rest of the family eats together. They talk about Billy Jr., and they share their memories of him. They laugh and they cry, but they also find comfort in each other's company.

As they finish eating, Mary looks around the table at her family. She knows that they are all still grieving for Billy Jr., but she also knows that they are strong. They will get through this together.
